But by the time you got that bell, you were exhausted. No one warned you about the otherside, where the mind is loud, emotions feels raw, and its lonely and confusing!
While, yes, you've ‘healed’ but there is no going back to the old you.
That past version of you may seem so unfamiliar and distant. Maybe there is a little bit of resentment towards her – she didn’t realise how easy she had it!?
But then when you ask, who is this ‘new’ version of me, there is a disconnect and you don't recognise the person who is staring back at you.

With clarity and confidence, you’ll begin to design a life that feels authentic, grounded, and full of meaning. You’ll leave with tools, a renewed sense of purpose, and a personal roadmap to support you in the next chapter.

why i created this…
Hi, I’m Wendy, I’m a counsellor, a coach and a Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Survivor.
I created MOVING FORWARD because I understand what it’s like when the world thinks your journey is done, but inside you’re only just beginning to feel it all.
I was diagnosed in August 2023 and know what it’s like to feel numb, disconnected, anxious, and unsure of who you are in a post-cancer body.
This programme offers the exact emotional and spiritual support I wish I had and it’s my honor to walk beside you as you find your way home to yourself.

❓What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
That’s okay. Readiness can look different for everyone. This program is designed to meet you gently where you are, whether you’re still processing treatment or already feeling the pull toward your next chapter. You don’t need to be “healed” to begin — just open to exploring what comes next.WHAT FORMAT IS THE INSTRUCTION PROVIDED IN?
❓ I finished treatment a while ago. Is this still for me?
Yes. Healing doesn’t follow a timeline. Whether you finished treatment last month or a few years ago, if you’re still carrying emotional weight, feeling disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, this space will support you.
❓ What’s the time commitment?
Each live session is 60-90 minutes, held fortnightly over three months. In between, you’ll receive weekly telegram support journal prompts, gentle practices, and optional audio tools.
❓What if I get emotional or overwhelmed?
That’s completely natural and welcome. This is a safe, trauma-informed space where you don’t have to hold it all together. You’ll be guided with care and offered grounding practices to help you feel supported and safe throughout the journey.
❓Is this therapy?
Yes and no. I am a qualified counsellor so there will be elements however Moving Forward is a guided coaching and support experience that blends emotional healing, somatic tools, and values-based reflection. If you're needing clinical support, this program can complement therapy beautifully.
❓ Is there a community or do I have to do this alone?
This is a brand new program but as a founding member you’ll have access to a private Telegram group with other women as they join who are on the same path. It’s a place to share, connect, and feel held between sessions. Many past participants say the group became one of their favorite parts.
